Information regarding the ongoing COVID-19 situation
Dear Customer,
In the current situation with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the safety of our employees and customers have our highest priority. We are taking steps to mitigate risks to our staff and our business. In addition to following all current guidelines from the Norwegian Health Authorities with respect to the COVID-19 response, the following internal rules are being implemented:
- Extended training: All key staff is in the process of assuring coworkers are cross trained on important steps within our protocols.
- Split shifts: The labs will be staffed so we have back-up resources at home-office.
- Travel restrictions: All customer visits and trade shows have been cancelled until further notice and personal travel guidelines are being set.
- Access control: Both our production sites are secured by minimum double layer access control to avoid any possible breach of our protection control.
Diatec will maintain our level of customer service through communication with our customers by phone, e-mail and Skype.
Our custom antibody services and contract production are managed, produced and processed at our facilities in Oslo. We do not anticipate an operational slowdown or inventory issue, but will continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation. If there are changes to product availability or service timelines, we will alert our customers at the earliest opportunity.
