Bjørn Einar Kihl (64) has more than 20 years of experience from corporate finance, asset management and investment banking from Hafslund Venture AS, Energy Future Invest AS and Contango Kapital AS. His experience includes board positions in more than 40 private companies. His current board positions include Energy Future Invest II AS, Nordic Cryo Vault AS, Nextnet AS, Zoom Grafisk AS and Kihl Invest AS. Mr. Kihl holds a Master of Science (Dipl.Ing.) from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH). Mr. Kihl has served as a director in the company since June 2014 and as the chair since November 2015. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Norway and is an independent director of the board. Mr. Kihl holds 27.777 shares in the company through Kihl invest AS.
Anna HukHead of QA
Anna joined Diatec in 2021.
She has an MSc in Chemistry from the Gdansk University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Life Science from Paris Lodron University of Salzburg.
Anna has extensive working experience in regulated environments such as research organizations, pharmaceutical, and medical devices industries.
Her scientific expertise covers analytical method development, validation, technology transfer, instrument qualification, quality control, and stability studies.
After being responsisble for Quality Assurance at the Diagnostics manufacturing site, she was in 2023 asked to lead the Quality Department for Curida Diatec
Mira H. BørstadHead of Operations and Business Development
Mira has a M.Sc in Molecular Bioscience and Immunology and joined the Diatec team in 2018. After 3 years as Key Account Manager she moved on to fill the position as Site Manager at our Diagnostics production site. When the company was aquired by Curida Biologics in 2022, Curida Diatec reorganized and Mira was asked to lead operations at the two manufacturing sites in addition to business development. Mira has a background from Basal Medical Research at Oslo University Hospital and a broad experience in sales and customer service from other industries.
Hanne TrømborgHead of Manufacturing Science
Hanne joined the Diatec team in January 2021. She has a M.Sc. in biotechnology from 1986 and has since then worked within the life science industry, gaining extensive experience within R&D, product, process and method development, customer business support, qualification and technology transfer under quality regulations, as well as project management and people management in large global organizations.
Nebojsa PerisicR&D Staff Scientist
Nebojsa joined Diatec in 2021.
He has an MSc in physical chemistry and a PhD in data analysis and bio-spectroscopy.
Nebojsa has long experience in highly-regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
His scientific expertise cover analytics of big data, scaling up, and development of methods, processes and products.
Gudrun Yr RichstadProduction Manager
Gudrun has a M.Sc in Molecular Bioscience for University of Oslo and has been with Diatec since 2018. She has previous experience in GMP manufacturing from Sykehusapotekene HF and startet at Diatec as a GMP operator. Gudrun was early on promoted to teamleader for the GMP production and from June 2022 she holds the position as Production Manager.
Elisabeth F. PedersenHR & Finance Manager
Elisabeth has a background from laboratory supplies and has experience in accounting, logistics and personnel from working in A/S E. Pedersen & Sønn and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Since 2012 Elisabeth has worked full time in Diatec Monoclonals with accounting, logistics, HR and administration.
Trine OlsenQC Manager Clinical
Trine joined the Diatec team in 2019 to develop the QC function at the Clinical site. She has a M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Oslo and has more than 20 years experience from the life science industry within QC and regulatory, technology development, project management and quality assurance according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO17025.
Ann-Cicilie Joakimsen SvendsenLogistics Manager
Ann-Cicilie joined Diatec in February 2020. Ann-Cicilie studied Chemistry at Østfold University College and Norwegian University of Life Science.
She has experience working in different parts and department in the industry gaining experience with quality control and quality assurance of production, processes, materials and products.
She has worked within QC/QA where her main responsibilities were maintaining and creating SOPs and specifications, incoming control, material sampling and release.
Her expertise is material management, foreign object/particle investigation/reporting, and customer and supplier complaints.
Virginie Follin-ArbeletProject Manager R&D
Virginie has a M Sc. in food industry and nutrition from a French engineering school. After moving to Norway she obtained a PhD in cell biology within cancer research at the University of Oslo. She has been with Diatec Monoclonals since 2014 and has filled several positions within the company. After being R&D Manger for the Diagnostic Site she was in 2023 asked to be
a Project Manger R&D For Curida Diatec.
Bjørn K. PedersenSenior Advisor R&D
Bjørn studied Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of Oslo. Since 1974 he Worked in A/S E. Pedersen & Sønn, distributing laboratory supplies. In 1988 he founded Diatec Monoclonals. A/S E. Pedersen & Sønn was sold to Thermo Fisher in 2008 and Bjørn was a part of Fisher Scientific European Management Team until 2012. Bjørn has worked full time in Diatec Monoclonals since 2013.
Øyvind RøeLaboratory Engineer
Øyvind has a M.Sc in Biochemistry and first came to Diatec in 1997. He has more than 20 years of experience from Biotechnology industry, both in ISO and GMP production. Øyvinds main area of focus is process and protein modification. When it comes to conjugations, Øyvind is our technical expert, but he also does QA/QC work.
Jan Egil MelvikSenior Advisor R&D
Jan Egil has a PhD in Biophysics within Cancer Research and Radiology. He joined Diatec in 2015 and has extensive experience as a scientist and project manager. At Diatec, Jan Egil has held several positions within production and business development, before he became responsible for the R&D department.
